THIS IS WHAT
SPONSORING A CHILD CAN ACHIEVE.
Would you believe these two pictures are of the same little girl? THEY ARE!
MAIMUNA BEFORE SPONSORSHIP
MAIMUNA NOW AFTER SPONSORSHIP
Maimuna's future is now looking so much better. She is receiving an education, is provided with
a school uniform including shoes! Gets proper school supplies, an annual malaria injection and medicine if she ever falls
ill. All because someone was generous and kind enough to sponsor her for the monthly sum of £12.
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH TO MAIMUNA'S SPONSOR
WHY
NOT DO THE SAME? HELP ANOTHER CHILD HAVE A FUTURE?
The Gambia is one of Africa's smallest countries with a population in the region of one
and a half million. It is situated on the west coast of Africa, sandwiched and surrounded by Senegal and is often referred
to as 'The Smiling Coast' not only because of the beautiful beaches but also because of the smiling, helpful, friendly
Gambian people.
This site
will present to the world why it was so desperately necessary to set up 'The Jallow Foundation,The Gambia'. Communicating
is never easy and putting across the plight of the Gambian people will be a major challenge but we will try
to include photos and images that convey our message and the task before us. A task which we hope and pray will be one
which you will feel strongly and deeply enough about, to provide whatever assistance you can, however small, in
any way that you can. We will also include specific information about our organization and its aims. ____________________________________________________________
